The SD92 has a high bow, a raised wheelhouse and an open upper area rather than the long low outline of a planing sports yacht. Its cockpit and upper deck create separate places to sit, so guests can change their view and level of exposure as the day develops.
For a Monaco gathering, consider which area will hold the main meal and which should remain free afterwards. A shaded lunch below and a later drink on the upper level can create a comfortable sequence. The actual canopy and furniture should support that plan; an exterior photograph cannot show every detail of sun protection or table seating.
Original dimensions need their measurement labels
The manufacturer's original SD92 brochure records 27.60 metres overall and a 7.15-metre beam. Its shorter 23.95-metre CE hull figure is a different measurement. Keeping those labels clear helps distinguish a technical hull dimension from the yacht's overall scale when comparing proposals.
The same brochure gives eight guest berths, but documented individual yachts also have five-cabin arrangements. A later refit or customised original plan can change the overnight comparison. Guests should not be assigned rooms from a standard brochure if the offered yacht has a different layout.
