Ferretti Yachts 920 charter along the Monaco Riviera

A main-deck master and a choice of three or four further guest cabins distinguish the Ferretti Yachts 920 for a Monaco stay. Its broad flybridge and separate bow lounge then give the group several places to spend a coastal day together.

Inside the yacht dossier

The main suite changes the overnight comparison

Ferretti raised the forward hull of the 920 to place a wide-body master suite on the main deck. Below, the published arrangements offer either three or four further guest cabins. The result is a four- or five-cabin yacht overall, rather than a single bedroom plan attached to the model name.

For a Monaco holiday shared by more than one family, that distinction matters before the route is discussed. In the three-room lower arrangement, the builder describes a substantial full-beam double, another VIP double and a twin. The four-room alternative instead creates two doubles and two twins below. Each gives a different balance between private space and the number of rooms.

The bow lounge is a second social setting

Forward of the wheelhouse, the 920 places sunbathing and seating around a passage through the bow area. This gives the party another outdoor destination away from the aft cockpit. The upper flybridge adds a higher setting with furniture arrangements that vary between yachts.

A Monaco afternoon can therefore move naturally from a meal to quieter time elsewhere without everyone retreating below. For a mixed-age group, keep the main gathering on a level that guests can use comfortably. Steps and side walkways form part of the route between these settings; their practicality matters as much as the appearance in an aerial photograph.

Shade and the stern are configuration choices

The builder offered different hardtop treatments, including a solid section, glass and adjustable shading arrangements. The 920 also uses Ferretti's submersible stern-hatch concept to combine access to the garage with a water-level setting. Those design provisions explain the model, while actual fitted equipment and furniture belong to the individual yacht.

For a swimming day, the crew's routine for using the stern should be part of the plan. For an extended lunch, the more relevant question may be which table has useful shade at the chosen hour. A photograph of a roof or bathing platform alone cannot settle either experience.

Use Monaco as part of the stay

At 28.49 metres overall and 6.78 metres in beam, the 920 is a substantial yacht whose guest spaces justify more than a hurried sightseeing circuit. A Monaco embarkation can lead into a measured Riviera stay, with a coastal passage and time at a suitable stop rather than fixed promises about every bay.

A proposal identifies the actual hull, room plan, certified guests and service. If Monaco is a shore visit during a longer trip, make that purpose clear: arrival logistics and a berth or tender transfer should support the holiday, while the captain shapes the passage around conditions.
